Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help you return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

1. Standard Return Window (Free Returns)

You may initiate a return for an item for any reason within 21 days of the original delivery date.

  • Eligibility: Eligible items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all standard returns. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon initiation of the return. Once the prepaid label is received, you have 7 days to drop the return item off with the carrier and have it scanned into their system.

2. Extended Return Window (Fee Applies)

For added flexibility, we offer an extended return option for a brief period after the standard window closes.

  • Timeline: You may initiate a return for an eligible item during the 7 days immediately following the expiration of the standard 21-day window (i.e., Day 22 through Day 28 from the delivery date).
  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat $3.00 fee per item returned will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the cost of extended shipping and processing.
  • Eligibility: Eligible items must meet the same condition requirements as the standard return in Section 1. The 7-day mailing window applies once the prepaid label is received.

3. Holiday Return Exception

To accommodate gift-giving during the holiday season, purchases made during our extended holiday period are granted an extended standard return timeline.

  • Applicable Purchases: Any eligible item purchased between November 15th and December 31st of the current year.
  • Standard Return Deadline: The standard return window for these purchases is automatically extended to January 15th of the following year.
  • Shipping: Returns made by the January 15th deadline qualify for free return shipping and must meet all other eligibility requirements in Section 1. The 7-day mailing window applies once the prepaid label is received.

4. Exchange Policy

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for items that meet the eligibility criteria listed under Sections 1 and 2.

  • Eligibility: The original item must be eligible for a Standard or Extended return and must be for a product within the same category (e.g., exchanging a hat for a hat, a shirt for a shirt or a hoodie, etc).
  • Exchange Processing (Ship First): To speed up your exchange, we will ship the new item(s) immediately upon processing your exchange request and payment of any fees.
  • Exchange Shipping Fee: A flat $3.00 fee per item exchanged will be charged to cover the shipping and handling cost of the new item(s), or the total cost of shipping, whichever is lower.
  • Price Adjustment: We are committed to getting you the best value for your exchange. The price of the new item(s) will be established as the lower price between the price of the new item on the original purchase date and the current price on the day of the exchange. In other words, we'll honor sales on either the original purchase date OR the current date
    • If the new item's price is higher than the original item's price, you will be charged the difference in price, in addition to the Exchange Shipping Fee.
    • If the new item's price is lower than the original item's price, you will receive a credit for the price difference, which will be applied to your original form of payment. You will still be charged the Exchange Shipping Fee.
  • Return of Original Item: You are responsible for ensuring the original item is returned to us following the return timelines and policies outlined in Sections 1, 2, and 3. Any applicable return fees will be waived for the original item(s) being sent back. The 7-day mailing window applies once the prepaid label is received.
  • Failure to Return or Ineligibility: If the original item is not received within 14 days of the exchange request, or if the returned item is found to be ineligible (e.g., used, damaged, or past the return window), your original method of payment will be charged for the full price of the original item(s). You may request ineligible items to be sent back to you at your own expense within 7 days of notice.
  • Return of Exchanged Items: Items received during an exchange are returnable applicable to Sections 1, 2 and 3. However, the return windows are dictated by the original delivery date, not by the delivery date of the exchanged item, but will be extended by 10 days each to cover transit times for the new item(s).

5. Lip Out Pricing Promise

Nothing hurts more on the greens than a nasty lip out just like when you see a price drop shortly after purchase. Our Lip Out Pricing Promise guarantees you get the best value, even after you've checked out.

  • Eligibility Window: If you notice an official price drop or temporary sale on an item you purchased within 14 days of your original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment.
  • Adjustment Credit: The difference between your purchase price and the new, lower price will be credited to you in the form of a digital gift card for use in our shop.
  • Usage Limit: This policy may be used once per order (not per item).
  • Exclusions: This policy is not eligible for items that are generally non-returnable (as listed in Section 7), with the exception of personalized or customized products (which are eligible for this price adjustment policy).

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • The $3.00 per item fee will be deducted from refunds processed under the Extended Return Window.
  • If your return is rejected, you may request to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense within 7 days of notice

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods
